Having been contacted by a local artist who commissioned me to design & make him some new pottery cutters for his ormanmental flower collection which he makes & sells locally.
A local kit car maker wanted me to produce a prototype rear wheel holder that he could iterate the item prior to spending a considerable sum of money on machining an aluminum component, he supplied me with the file & I printed off the file. A perfect example of how 3D printing can be used in prototyping …saving time & money.
I was asked by very good client to produce a false floor in the storage section between the passenger seats to hold a tracker for a rare Honda S200.
Final iteration was that the false floor would hold the tracker but to aid removal of the floor I designed a special key ( regrettably I have no pictures of it I may have a 3D rendering of the key, if I find it I’ll send it over).
A client of mine asked me to make some replacement / replica air-conditioning vents for a VW T25 which he was rebuilding.
